SERVICES
Tailored care for your whole self
Healing looks different for every person and every family. Across service areas, my approach is collaborative and responsive — drawing on a wide range of evidence-based & humanistic modalities, shaped by what you bring, what you need, and where you want to go
Individual Therapy
Sessions draw on a range of evidence-based and humanistic approaches, woven together according to what you bring and what you need. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT to work with thought patterns and past experiences; Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful, self-directed change; and to gently reduce the hold that anxiety or fear can have over daily life.
Alongside these, our time together may draw on Parts Work to build compassion toward the different aspects of yourself, Narrative Therapy to examine and reshape the stories you carry, and Schema Therapy to explore deeper patterns rooted in earlier life. Somatic Therapy brings the body into the process, attending to how experiences live in the nervous system as much as the mind.
Underpinning all of this is a Feminist Therapy lens — one that honours your lived experience, acknowledges the social and cultural forces that shape wellbeing, and keeps power, identity, and context firmly in view.
Family Therapy
Family therapy works with the relationships and dynamics that connect you — recognising that lasting change often happens not just within individuals, but between them. Sessions are informed by Family Systems Therapy, which views the family as an interconnected whole, and Structural Family Therapy, which attends to the roles, boundaries, and organisational patterns that shape how families function.
Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy brings a broader lens to complex challenges, considering the many systems — family, peer, community — that influence each member. Throughout, a Relational Therapy approach keeps the quality and safety of connection at the centre of the work, fostering understanding and repair across generations and relationships.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Children and teenagers deserve a space that truly meets them where they are. Work with young clients is grounded in Attachment-Based Therapy, honouring the foundational role that secure relationships play in development, and in Strength-Based Therapy, which recognises and builds on each child's existing capacities and resilience.
Play Therapy provides younger children with a natural, expressive medium for processing experiences that may be difficult to put into words. For older children and adolescents, Mindfulness-Based CBT supports emotional regulation and present-moment awareness, while Applied Behaviour Analysis offers structured, evidence-based strategies where helpful. Habituation techniques are also available for children navigating separation anxiety, gently building confidence and independence at a manageable pace.
Parenting & Co-Parenting
Parenting — and especially co-parenting — asks a great deal. This service area supports caregivers in building more connected, consistent, and intentional relationships with their children. Psychoeducation and Developmental Stages Education provide grounding in child development, helping parents understand behaviour in context and respond with greater confidence.
Bibliotherapy offers carefully chosen reading resources to support reflection and growth between sessions. For families navigating separation or rebuilding trust after conflict, Reunification Therapy provides a structured, supported path toward repairing parent-child relationships. Family Culture Creation invites families to intentionally define their shared values, rituals, and ways of being together — laying the foundation for a home where every member can thrive.
"No single approach fits every person or every season of life."
Across all service areas, modalities are chosen with your goals, history, and comfort in mind. If you're unsure where to start, that's perfectly fine — finding the right path is something we'll explore together.
